Robin’s practice covers diverse areas of Litigation and Dispute Resolutions besides advisory and opinion on various corporate, commercial, and securities laws. Specializing in Securities Law, he represented various parties before the Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) against orders passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI); Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), and various stock exchanges in the matters pertaining to regulatory approvals, takeover conflicts, delisting, adjudication, and penalties.

In the past, he has appeared for listed companies, broking houses, and various securities market intermediaries for quasi-judicial proceedings before adjudicating officers and Whole Time Members of SEBI on various securities law matters. He has represented parties before Special Court constituted under the SEBI Act in the prosecution cases filed by the regulators. He has appeared & handled matters before the Bombay High Court and the Supreme Court of India on various litigation matters. He has been actively involved in Arbitration & Dispute Settlement. Robin has also advised clients as well as insolvency professionals in cases under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
